The Bobble: one of the best inventions I think I’ve ever seen. It’s a water bottle that filters out chlorine, copper, zinc, and other various metals that you find in tap water and water fountains. It will not filter out harmful microbes of course. But it will filter out anything a Brita filter would and you just fill it and drink right from it. It’s good for as many as 300 refills and it only costs $9 and it’s only $6 for a new filter. The reason I think this is so great is because it takes about 1.85 gallons of water just to MAKE your standard 16oz water bottle. That water is then contaminated and can’t be used. And drinking tap water or water fountain water means ingesting metals and chemicals. This solves both of those problems and the water tastes just like spring water from a water bottle. #invent #invention #inventing #eco #ecofriendly #iphoneonly #4s #love #science #bobble #water #bottle #waterbottle #environment #green #bw #blackandwhite #snow
Matcha Green Tea #matcha #greentea #tea #love #iphoneonly #japan #delicious #4s #green So you may have seen this stuff before but never knew what it was. Well, it’s green tea. Made from the same leaves as any tea but it’s stone ground into a powder. But before they ground it, they actually cut the veins out of each leaf to remove the flavor of the tannins in the tea. It’s usually whisked to make it nice and frothy like this. When you drink it, you’re literally drinking the leaves!
