I think we can all remember at least several teachers that truly could keep their students engaged and enthusiastic. My biology professor, Dr. Peter Pappas - I’m lucky enough to have studied under him during his final semester of teaching. Here he’s taping up his pant legs before we venture out into the woods on a rainy day to study plant life.
